Digital download terms (downloads-2026-10-22-v1)

Product: Car Maintenance & Cost Tracker, version 1.1. One XLSX workbook with space for 300 payments and 60 service tasks, one 15-page A4 printable PDF, one 15-page phone-fillable PDF with 120 fields/tick boxes, and read-me instructions, supplied together in a ZIP. The two PDFs cover the same topics in different layouts. Your files start blank and have no preview watermarks.

Price: £3.99 GBP total, one-off payment. No subscription, delivery fee or physical goods. Payment is collected by Stripe. Check your selection and price before paying; you can return to the website before submitting payment. Orders and support are in English. This launch is for UK customers.

Compatibility: use Excel or a compatible spreadsheet app; Calculations have been tested in LibreOffice. Use a PDF app that supports saving fillable forms. Browser previews may not save entries. Extract the ZIP first. PDFs do not calculate or send reminders. Enter your own confirmed service intervals and mileage. No bank integration, automatic notifications or vehicle-specific professional advice is supplied.

Licence: personal use within your own household, including a separate copy for each vehicle. You may print and keep copies for that use. You may not resell, publicly share, redistribute or claim authorship of the files.

Delivery: after Stripe confirms successful payment, access is available on the order page and a confirmation with a private download link is sent to the payment email address. Links last 30 days from payment verification. Keep your downloaded copy. Contact us with your order reference if a link expires or you need help accessing a purchase. If email is delayed, check your order page and spam folder; do not pay again.

Cancellation: I request immediate access to the digital pack after payment and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day cancellation right once the download starts. My rights if the content is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
If you have not started a download, you may request cancellation within 14 days of the contract by emailing autoxpertuk@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can use: "I wish to cancel my digital download order [reference], ordered on [date]. My name is [name] and my payment email is [email]." We will check the order and arrange any refund due to the original payment method.

Problems and refunds: contact autoxpertuk@gmail.com with the order reference and a description of the problem. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where applicable we will provide a repair, replacement or appropriate refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.

These terms are included in your order confirmation so you can save them. No purchase subscribes you to marketing emails.
